What to Expect
Your first session will include a holistic evaluation of strength, mobility, posture, and functional movement as well as a conversation including your health history, recent injuries, lifestyle factors (for example, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, and daily activities), and past injuries or trauma.
Please bring or wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra to your appointment. With Myofascial Release, it is also helpful to avoid lotions or oils before a session so that skin will not be slippery.
Treatments will consist of manual techniques including myofascial release, as well as exercises designed to retrain your movement or posture and improve your body’s mobility or strength.
Payment can be made at your session by credit card, cash, or PayPal. Packages are available that reduce the price of individual sessions—please inquire via our Contact page, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling (720) 319-7720.

How many sessions will I need?
Every body is unique and responds differently. You may experience immediate relief from pain (yay!) or it may be more gradual relief over a few days. For others, treatment may stir things up as we create change in your body—you may feel worse before you feel better. This isn’t unusual and even has a name: a healing crisis. If you’ve been in chronic pain, it’s likely that your journey will involve peeling off layers over time, just as you didn’t get to where you are overnight. Your path out of pain depends on how long you’ve been in pain, how motivated you are to be active in your healing, and your beliefs about your healing potential. We find that most people see results and start to create permanent change in their bodies within 4 to 6 sessions.
